We always look at the big picture and make sure we understand all the aspects of your individual case, advising you as to which chapter of the Bankruptcy Code, Chapter 7 bankruptcy or Chapter 13, to file for your particular situation and what to expect during the process.

A second meeting is scheduled to obtain your information and documents from you. We then prepare your bankruptcy petition for your review and signature. It usually takes just a few days to complete your petition. But in emergencies, such as pending Sheriff’s Sale or Repossession, we can react in hours.

Due to the uniqueness of each case, it is common for us to have a few more questions or to need some more documents prior to completing your petition.
